The renovation of the whole building has given the restaurant, as well as the hotel, a unique charm. Spend relaxed lunch breaks with your colleagues or romantic dinners with your loved ones. Taurus, located inside the contemporary hotel Ochsen in Bad Ragaz, is a project under development that comes from the desire of a family, the Semini family: Artan Anjeza and Sotir to create a welcoming, formal, but at the same time elegant environment with to the details to make everyone feel valued and at home.
Our kitchen wants to offer a rich cuisine with simple but refined dishes prepared by Chef Artan, served and paired with a carefully selected wine list prepared with the intention of including various Swiss references and labels from all over the world.
Artan comes from thirty years of experience in catering as a Chef and wants to enclose all his knowledge and apply it by taking advantage of some of the best raw materials in the country.

For RistoBistrot we collaborate in contact with peasants, farmers and wine producers to promote local products and take advantage of high quality raw materials to bring to our tables.
Our idea is to offer a well-kept and refined, non-pretentious environment that you can always call home, where you can start with an aperitif and finish with indulgences such as a cigar and maybe some good Cognac.
